LA PAS 2024 - Festival of food and sustainable culture

We bring food and culture together again, we cook, taste, educate, sing, produce and deliver GOOD, for PEOPLE: the 𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐒𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 festival takes place between October 4-6, in the neighborhood, another neighborhood of Timisoara this time, at Youth House.
We slow down the pace together, because 𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒 is about SLOWING DOWN 🐌🐌🐌, SLOW FOOD, SLOW FASHION and life in its natural and natural rhythm, with you, the 𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒 community, which contributes and is part of this event-manifest on which the CRIES Association - Resource Center for Ethical Initiatives and Solidarity initiated it out of the desire to promote sustainable food and culture production, as well as responsible and sustainable consumption.

𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 means three days of festival where we celebrate artisan gastronomy, sustainability culture and good, clean and ethical food.
👉 Three days with people involved from the community, with amazing dishes, authentic products and creations, with workshops for young and old, with vital debates and story concerts.

They will be with us:
✅ Small producers and artisans
✅ Associations of producers and cooperatives
✅ Social enterprises and actors from the Social Economy
✅ Local products and craft breweries
✅ Schools involved in Education for Change projects.

For the edition 𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 we are preparing:
• 𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐄 with chefs and promoters of artisan gastronomy, with seasonal ingredients;
• 𝐃𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀̆𝐑𝐈 𝐃𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐒𝐄 from small producers, ecological and Fair Trade products;
• 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐄 organized by Time to Rock, partners of the event;
• Our already famous 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐀̆ 𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈-𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐏𝐀̆: we cook a soup together from saved food;
• EDUCATIONAL and USEFUL and BEAUTIFUL ACTIVITIES for children and adults;
And other 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐄 that we will reveal to you along the way.

The event is part of the 𝐋𝐀 𝐀𝐒 in the neighborhood project, developed by CRIEVES - Resource Center for Ethical and Solidary Initiatives. The project is included in the national cultural program "Timișoara - European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is financed by the Legacy Timișoara 2023 program, run by the Project Center of the Municipality of Timișoara, with amounts allocated from the state budget, through the Ministry of Culture.

The 𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒 festival is an event open to the general public, during which the organizers will create promotional and informational photo-video materials, a situation that will incidentally also lead to the processing of personal data representing images of the participants in the event.
By their presence at the 𝐋𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒 Festival, the participants implicitly give their consent for their eventual appearance in photo-video materials published/distributed by the organizers and their partners on their own communication channels and to the mass media.
