Local Farmer's Market - Biertan

The Town Hall of the Biertan Municipality continues the popular tradition with the "Local Producers' Fair", the next one taking place on September 21 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in the Central Square.

The fair will celebrate the Transylvanian heritage, being included in the series of activities offered by the Biertan Town Hall on the occasion of the European Heritage Days in Biertan.

You'll discover a variety of traditional baked goods, including homemade breads and regional cakes, alongside cheeses, cold-pressed oils, spices and handmade crafts.

It's a great opportunity to meet the producers, learn about their craft and discover the origins of quality products. We invite you to join us and enjoy together the flavors and charm of Biertan.

At the same time, the fair is an opportunity to get to know the producers, to learn more about the way the products are prepared, the origin of the raw material and other details obtained directly from the source.

October 12 and December 14 – 15 (Christmas Market).
