At the beginning of September, we embark again on a nostalgic return to the past, which we dedicate this year to some remarkable personalities, whose destinies were temporarily linked to the Miclăușeni Castle. For the first time since the restoration works began, the Castle will be open to visitors from the inside.

Therefore, dear ladies and gentlemen, we are pleased to invite you on September 5 and 6, 2026 to the 11th edition of the "Journey to 1900" festival. The theme of this year's event is "Elite at the crossroads of eras".

The event offers you a return to the atmosphere of the 1900s through outdoor theater, dance and period music performances, workshops and interactive activities, an antiques fair, period dishes and other surprises.

The special guest of this edition is acad. Georgeta Filitti, who, together with Maximilian Caradja, will evoke the aviator prince Matei Ghica Cantacuzino. Other details about the guests and the program will be announced soon!

Access to the event is based on a ticket, worth 40 lei. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance to the Castle park. Young people between the ages of 8 and 18 will benefit from a 50% discount, and children under 8 will enter for free.
