👉Criș Country Museum (Str. Armatei Române no. 1/A)
The "Museum Workshop" project, through which participants learn to make their own Bihor shirt and decorate it using ornamentation techniques from the late 19th - early 20th centuries, having the opportunity to draw inspiration directly from an ethnographic piece in the MȚC heritage, continues in January with a new meeting.
The initiator and coordinator of this Workshop is Dr. Simona Bala, museographer, Ethnography Section, and practical, concrete guidance will be provided by the kindness of Dr. Florina Berte, who knows how to "prick" beautifully with both a medical needle and a sewing and embroidery needle. But, because it is a SITTING, we will work together, like in the old days, and we will familiarize ourselves with the customs and traditions of our area.
The activity takes place from November 14, 2024 to June 24, 2025, with a monthly frequency.
